Medical/Dental/Behavioral Health/Physical Therapy Recruiters

We are currently searching for Medical/Dental/Behavioral Heath/Physical Therapy recruiters to work in our Hampton Roads, Richmond, Northern VA and Raleigh, NC offices. These positions require an employee to be able to perform all necessary functions involved in procuring and filling temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire medical/dental positions with qualified applicants in a professional and timely manner. Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to, generating significant new business; direct recruiting calls; screening resumes; scheduling appointments; interviewing and screening applicants to determine their skill set and individual characteristics to assess placement opportunities; organizing and tracking documents of each candidates work history, testing, missed time, work order information, references, school verifications, etc.; developing & managing relationships with clients by partnering to provide staffing solutions; account maintenance and problem solving; negotiating pay and bill rates to candidates and clients, respectively. Our ideal candidate must have the ability to multitask at extremely high levels, strong ties to the medical/dental community and should be self-motivated as will as able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Recruiting Assistant

Our Richmond office is currently searching for a full-time front desk Recruiting Assistant to work with both our legal and medical staffing firms. Essential responsibilities and requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
Direct, hands on assistance to medical and legal recruiters·
Scheduling appointments
Answering and screening phone calls
preparing correspondence, job orders, reports and spreadsheets
High attention to details
Meet and greet candidates
Proficient with Excel, Word and Access
Data entry
Ability to multitask at high levels and handle deadlines
Type at least 65wpm
